-If you did not opt in for free returns & exchanges, you will have the option to purchase a return shipping label with discounted rates.  

Note: All items being returned must be new/unused (tags on), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.

Free Returns Coverage:

West Path is excited to offer Free Returns & Exchanges Coverage on almost all of our products!

Upon checkout, you can opt in by checking the box for Free & Easy Returns Coverage ($1.98) which will be added to your grand total. You can then return or exchange any or all items in your purchase free of charge within 30 days.

Standard Returns:

If you choose not to opt in to the free returns and exchanges coverage, no problem! You can still return any eligible product within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will have the option to purchase a return label with our discounted shipping rates.

This is a common question and every order will vary depending on location and weight. Typically for a purchase of 1-3 items the return shipping cost will range between $7-$13. For larger purchases of 4+ blankets or larger items, return shipping can cost up to $20+.

The vast majority of our products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Only the following items cannot be returned and are final sale: Surfboards, Amethyst Rocks, Bulk Products, Gift Cards, or anything marked as "FINAL SALE" are not able to be returned.

Surfboards and Amethyst Rocks

Amethyst Cathedral Rocks & Surfboards cost quite a bit to ship ($75-$500) and are extremely fragile. Due to this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Amethyst Cathedrals or Surfboards - All Sales are Final for these items.

Final Sale Items / Clearance

Any items marked in our store as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly marked on the product description, and is very rare, typically only on items discounted 50%+.

Bulk Purchasing / Events

For the "Bulk" Mexican blanket listings where we offer 14+ blankets bundled together at heavily discounted prices: Please note: these "Bulk" Mexican blanket listings for events are NOT REFUNDABLE AND ARE FINAL SALE, unless you notify us of a defect or issue with the order within 3 business days of receipt of the package. We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot accept - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk blanket purchases.

For defective items, or incorrect items, we offer exchanges or returns. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any such issues with your order.

For non-defective/incorrect items: Exchanges are available for up to a week after delivery, assuming all items are still brand new. Buyer (that's you) pays return shipping and new outbound shipping on the exchange.

Returns or exchanges for any other reason on these Bulk items are not accepted. We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot resell - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk blanket purchases.

For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable.  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

Due to high international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed.

All sales are final on international orders.
