Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns

All items must be new/unused (tags on), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return.

U.S. Orders

Free Returns and Exchanges on Apparel

  • We offer 30 day free returns and pay return shipping on all clothing. Must be new/unworn with tags still on.

All products except for Blankets, Surfboards, & Amethyst Rocks

  • Free Exchanges: Want to swap something out? We offer free exchanges or returns for store credit and we pay return shipping.
  • Not vibing the goods? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for full refunds, customer pays return shipping. We can provide shipping labels if needed. Please note - outbound shipping (if applicable) cannot be refunded. 
  • Defective product? We'll cover it! Don't worry, just reach out to us and we'll make sure your stoke gets back up to a high level.

Blankets:

Blankets are a bulky item to ship (the average cost of shipping one blanket, one way is $11.26, and that's with our discounted shipping rates!). 

For returns of individual blankets, the customer pays actual return shipping costs (usually between $11-$15 depending on where you live and the blanket). 

If you would like to exchange a blanket, we will cover all but $9.99 of your return shipping cost per blanket. We will either send you a link to checkout for $9.99 before mailing your new item out, or we will deduct $9.99 from your blanket return and issue a store credit for the rest - you can then place a new order with the store credit.

 We only offer the $9.99 discounted exchange rate once per transaction - if you want to do a second exchange (exchange your exchange) the entire return shipping and new shipping will be charged for this second exchange. If you'd like to return a blanket that was exchanged the difference between the $9.99 discounted exchange rate and the actual cost of that exchange shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For the "Bulk" Mexican blanket listings where we offer 14+ blankets bundled together at heavily discounted prices: Please note: these "Bulk" Mexican blanket listings for events are NOT REFUNDABLE, unless you notify us of a defect or issue with the order within 3 business days of receipt of the package. We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot accept - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk blanket purchases.

For defective items, or incorrect items, we offer exchanges or returns. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery of any such issues with your order.

For non-defective/incorrect items: Exchanges are available for up to a week after delivery, assuming all items are still brand new. Buyer (that's you) pays return shipping and new outbound shipping on the exchange.

Returns or exchanges for any other reason on these Bulk items are not accepted. We're sorry, too many people use these for their events and then try to return them used which we cannot resell - to keep our prices competitive, we can no longer offer returns on these heavily discounted bulk blanket purchases.

Amethyst Cathedral Rocks and Surfboards

Amethyst Cathedral Rocks & Surfboards cost quite a bit to ship ($75-$500) and are extremely fragile. Due to this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Amethyst Cathedrals or Surfboards - All Sales are Final for these items.

Wrong addresses

For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable.  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

International Orders

Due to insane international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed. All sales are final on international orders. Please enter your phone number during checkout for international orders in case there is an issue with delivery, address, or customs.

Wrong addresses
